Shipping & Returns

We try to despatch orders received by 11am on the same day.

Orders are despatched Monday to Thursday excluding NZ Public Holidays.

Shipping within New Zealand usually takes 1-3 days.

Rural addresses can add another 1-3 days depending on location and will incur an additional freight fee.

Returns Policy

For most cases, we will provide you with a full money back refund within 30 days of the original purchase date as long as the item has not been used and all of the original packaging is intact.

If you wish to return an item please contact us first and let us know your reason for returning it. 

Faulty Goods

All items are protected at minimum by DOA (defective on arrival) warranty against manufacturing defects.

Damage caused by misuse is not covered under any circumstance.

If you have a problem with an item you have purchased please contact us as soon as possible. If the item is covered by DOA warranty only then you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible to receive a replacement or possibly a refund under warranty.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it before we send it out then please contact us as soon as possible. if the order has already been despatched then our standard returns policy applies.
